These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website La Guarida (laguarida.it) and regulate the relationships between the user making a reservation (hereinafter “Customer”) and the accommodation facility La Guarida, managed by La Guarida Srl, with legal headquarters at Viale America, 93 – 00144 Rome, VAT number 16100391008.<\/p>

The website serves as a presentation and mediation platform for reservations for the indicated accommodation facility.<\/p>

The online booking system is managed through the external platform Kross Booking or integrated systems connected to it.<\/p>

By making a reservation through the site, the Customer declares to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

2. Type of accommodation<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The structure La Guarida SRL operates according to the applicable current regulations for the following type of accommodation:<\/p>

Holiday Home \/ Tourist Rental<\/p>

The management and services offered comply with the national and regional regulations applicable to the specific category.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

3. Booking Methods<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Through the online booking system available on the Site, the Customer can check availability, prices, and conditions of rooms or accommodations in real-time.<\/p>

The booking is considered confirmed only after:
the completion of the booking procedure;
any required payment;
the receipt of the booking confirmation email.<\/p>

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered during the booking procedure.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

  • payment at the property<\/li>
  • deposit payment<\/li><\/ul>

    Attention: Payment methods and any specific conditions depend on the selected rate and the time of booking.<\/p>

    5. Tourist Tax<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIf required by the Municipality where the property is located, the tourist tax must be paid directly at the property according to the methods provided by local regulations.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    6. Cancellation Policies<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    Cancellation policies may vary based on the rate selected at the time of booking.<\/p>

    The main types may include:<\/p>

    • refundable rates<\/li>
    • partially refundable rates<\/li>
    • non-refundable rates<\/li><\/ul>

      Specific conditions for cancellation, modification, or refund are always indicated at the time of booking and in the confirmation received via email.<\/p>

      Any requests for early check-in or late check-out must be agreed upon in advance with the property and are subject to availability.<\/p>

      The number of people staying in the accommodation must not exceed that indicated in the reservation.<\/p>

      Any additional guests must be authorized in advance by the property.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

      9. Security deposit<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      When applicable, the amount and payment methods for the security deposit will be indicated during the reservation or communicated before check-in.<\/p>

      It is prohibited to:
      disturb other guests or residents;
      use the accommodation for illegal activities;
      damage furnishings, equipment, or common areas.<\/p>

      Any damages caused during the stay will be charged to the Guest.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

      11. Animals<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      The presence of pets is subject to the property’s policies.

      16. Jurisdiction<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      The User authorizes the Company to process and communicate their personal data to third parties exclusively for purposes related to the management of the services offered and for the obligations required by current legislation on the protection of personal data (Legislative Decree 196\/2003 and subsequent amendments).<\/p>
