Booking Conditions
The booking is considered confirmed after completing the online procedure, any required payment, and receiving the confirmation email.
The booking system is managed through Kross Booking. The data entered during the procedure is the responsibility of the Customer.

Cancellation Policy
The conditions vary based on the rate chosen at the time of booking.
With the Standard rate 14 days, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. Cancellation is free up to 14 days before the check-in date. For cancellations made within 13 days before check-in, a 100% penalty applies.
With the Standard rate 7 days, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. Cancellation is free up to 7 days before the check-in date. For cancellations made within 6 days before check-in, a 100% penalty applies.
With the Non-refundable rate, 100% payment is required at the time of booking. This rate does not allow cancellations or refunds.
Specific conditions are always indicated at the time of booking and in the confirmation received via email.

Once you have chosen the property, simply complete the procedure by entering the required data and selecting the desired rate.

Payments
Rates are expressed in Euros and vary based on the season, availability, the selected property, and the chosen rate.
Depending on the rate, a deposit of 30% or the total payment for the stay may be required at the time of booking.
Any remaining amounts, if applicable, can be settled according to the methods indicated in the booking confirmation.
The tourist tax is not included in the rate and, where applicable, is paid separately according to the regulations of the relevant municipality.
For reference:
Gorizia: €1.50 per person per day, from 16 years old, for up to 3 nights.
Grado: €0.80 per person per day, from 18 years old, for up to 14 nights.
Udine: €1.50 per person per day, from 18 years old, for up to 5 nights.
