1. Booking terms and conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website La Guarida (laguarida.it) and regulate the relationships between the user making a reservation (hereinafter “Customer”) and the accommodation facility La Guarida, managed by La Guarida Srl, with legal headquarters at Viale America, 93 – 00144 Rome, VAT number 16100391008.
The website serves as a presentation and mediation platform for reservations for the indicated accommodation facility.
The online booking system is managed through the external platform Kross Booking or integrated systems connected to it.
By making a reservation through the site, the Customer declares to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2. Type of accommodation
The structure La Guarida SRL operates according to the applicable current regulations for the following type of accommodation:
Holiday Home / Tourist Rental
The management and services offered comply with the national and regional regulations applicable to the specific category.
3. Booking Methods
Through the online booking system available on the Site, the Customer can check availability, prices, and conditions of rooms or accommodations in real-time.
The booking is considered confirmed only after:
the completion of the booking procedure;
any required payment;
the receipt of the booking confirmation email.
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered during the booking procedure.
4. Rates and Payment Methods
The rates published on the Site are expressed in Euros and may vary based on the season, availability, and the type of offer selected.
Depending on the chosen rate, payment may be made through one or more of the following methods:
- credit or debit card online
- bank transfer
- payment at the property
- deposit payment
Attention: Payment methods and any specific conditions depend on the selected rate and the time of booking.
The Customer is therefore invited to carefully check the payment conditions indicated during the booking procedure.

Cancellation policies may vary based on the rate selected at the time of booking.
The main types may include:
- refundable rates
- partially refundable rates
- non-refundable rates
Specific conditions for cancellation, modification, or refund are always indicated at the time of booking and in the confirmation received via email.
In case of no-show, the property may retain the amount specified in the conditions of the booked rate.
7. Check-in and Check-out
Unless otherwise indicated by the property, the standard times are:
Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Any requests for early check-in or late check-out must be agreed upon in advance with the property and are subject to availability.
At check-in, the Guest must present a valid identity document for each guest, as required by Italian law for communication to public security authorities.
8. Number of guests
The number of people staying in the accommodation must not exceed that indicated in the reservation.
Any additional guests must be authorized in advance by the property.
9. Security deposit
In some properties, a security deposit may be required to cover any damages to the accommodation.
When applicable, the amount and payment methods for the security deposit will be indicated during the reservation or communicated before check-in.
The deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the accommodation.
10. Property rules
The Guest agrees to use the property and common areas with the utmost care and in compliance with the rules of good coexistence.
It is prohibited to:
disturb other guests or residents;
use the accommodation for illegal activities;
damage furnishings, equipment, or common areas.
Any damages caused during the stay will be charged to the Guest.
11. Animals
The presence of pets is subject to the property’s policies.
Any additional costs or restrictions will be communicated during the booking process.
12. No Smoking
Unless otherwise indicated, smoking is prohibited inside the accommodations and in the indoor areas of the property.
13. Waste Separation
Guests are encouraged to comply with local regulations regarding waste separation, following the guidelines provided by the property or the municipality.
14. Limitation of Liability
The property is not responsible for:
the theft or loss of personal belongings;
temporary interruptions of services such as water, electricity, gas, or internet not attributable to the property;
force majeure events that prevent or limit the stay.
15. Privacy
The processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with the current legislation on the protection of personal data (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR).
The data provided by the Customer will be used exclusively for managing the reservation and for the obligations required by current legislation.
16. Jurisdiction
The User authorizes the Company to process and communicate their personal data to third parties exclusively for purposes related to the management of the services offered and for the obligations required by current legislation on the protection of personal data (Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments).
For any disputes related to the use of the site or the services offered, the exclusive jurisdiction will be that of the court in the city where the Company has its legal headquarters.
